How to cook
- Prepare bite-sized chicken and brocolli.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Rinse broccoli well and separate into small bunches.You can also use frozen broccoli!
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken first.
- Place the broccoli on top of the chicken, cover with a lid, and let it steam for about 3 minutes.
- Open the lid, turn off the heat once, and wipe off any excess water with paper, if any.
- Add the ingredients for Souzai (this item) and heat over high heat, stir-fry the whole mixture for about 30 seconds, and serve.
