How to use
Kinshi tamago is thin, sliced egg.In Japanese cuisine, it is used as a topping for chirashi-zushi (sushi rice) and chilled Chinese noodles. It is also delicious on salads and other dishes. The slightly sweet flavor of eggs can be easily sprinkled on top.
Note
Before opening the package, store in a cool, dark place away from high temperature and humidity.
After opening the package, store in the refrigerator (below 10°C) and consume as soon as possible.
