Zaru Udon is udon noodles eaten cold.
Udon noodles boast the firmness and thirst-quenching qualities of authentic Sanuki udon. We reviewed the raw material flour and improved the texture to have more elasticity and stickiness.
How to make
- Bring plenty of water to a boil and bring to a full boil.
- Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes.
- After boiling, quickly cool in water. Rinse with water.
- This will give the noodles elasticity and the right amount of firmness.
- Serve dipped in cold noodle soup.
