How to cook
- Bring plenty of water to a boil and bring to a full boil.
- Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 13 minutes.*Be careful not to overcook as the water may spill over.
- After boiling, quickly cool in water. Rinse with water.
- This will give the noodles elasticity and the right amount of firmness.
- To make hot udon, place the cooled noodles in the hot broth and reheat them. Therefore, boil the noodles a little harder.
