  • Yakisoba Noodles 1 ball
  • pork offcuts 40g
  • Slices of cabbage 1-2
  • Bean sprouts 1bag
  • A few carrots

  • Chicken broth 1.5tbsp
  • Curry powder 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2tsp
  • Soy sauce 1tsp

Method

STEP 1

Cut meat and vegetables into bite-size pieces.

STEP 3

Heat oil in a frying pan and saute pork and vegetables in this order.Season lightly with salt and pepper.
