- Pork belly 60 g
- Carrot 1
- Corn 30g
- A few small green onions
- 1 clove garlic

- Chicken broth 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoons
- Yuzu kosho1 tsp
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Sesame oil 1 tbp
Method
STEP 1
Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces. Cut garlic into thin slices and carrots into thin slices lengthwise. Finely slice the small onion.
STEP 2
Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant.
STEP 3
Add pork and saute until the color changes, then add carrots and saute further.
STEP 4
Add the noodles and corn.
STEP 5
Add Ingredients B, season with salt and pepper, and turn off the heat. Add the onion and mix well, then serve.
