Recipe for Soy Sauce Yakisoba

Soy sauce yakisoba is yakisoba noodles flavored with dashi broth! Adding dashi broth to the noodles when steaming them will allow the flavor to soak into the noodles and make them tastier.

Ingredients

  • Yakisoba Noodles 1 ball
  • Sake 1 Tbsp
  • Sliced pork 70g
  • Cabbage 70g
  • Bean sprouts 50g
  • Carrot 30g
  • Granulated Japanese soup stock 1 Tbsp
  • Salad oil 1 Tbsp

Method

STEP 1

Cut cabbage into chunks. Cut carrot into strips.

STEP 2

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add salad oil, and saute the pork chops.

STEP 3

When the color changes, add 1 and bean sprouts and saute over medium heat.

STEP 4

Add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When all the flavors are well blended and the pork slices are cooked, remove from heat.

STEP 5

Arrange in a serving bowl and top with bonito flakes and red ginger.

STEP 6

*The addition of dried bonito flakes and ginger brings it closer to the restaurant flavor!
