This bagged tonkotsu ramen allows you to enjoy authentic crunchy wheat-scented noodles like those served at a tonkotsu ramen restaurant at home. The soup has been reviewed and enhanced to create a more rich and authentic tonkotsu soup.

Once 450 ml of water is boiling, add the noodles and gently loosen them.
Boil for approximately 90 seconds as a guide.
Place powdered soup and sachet of seasonings in a bag.
When the noodles are loosened, turn off the heat and pour only the hot water from the pot into the bowl. Stir well to dissolve the soup.
Add the noodles, stir gently, and it’s ready to serve.
