Kumamoto-style tonkotsu ramen with burnt garlic and black mar oil.
Ma-yu is an oil made by frying garlic in lard and vegetable oil until it turns black and then grinding it.
The ramen noodles are non-fried noodles that do not require oil.
You can easily make delicious tonkotsu ramen in about 5 minutes.

How to use

1 Boil 500ml of water.
2 Put the included soup and seasoning oil in a bowl.
3 Bring water to a boil in a separate pot, and when it comes to a boil, add the noodles.
4 Boil the noodles for about 2 minutes (check the hardness of the noodles).
5 Pour the first 500 ml of hot water into a bowl to make the soup.
6 When the noodles are done boiling, put the noodles in the soup to finish.
7 Top with ramen ingredients as you like.

Note

Be careful not to burn yourself with hot water.
