Ingredients
- 100 g pork
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 balls of Yakisoba fried noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch of chili pepper, sliced
Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp chicken broth
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar

STEP 1
Finely chop the pork chops and cut the chives into 3 cm lengths. 2.
STEP 2
Heat salad oil (not included), garlic and chili pepper in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. 3.
STEP 3
Add the pork pieces and fry until cooked through, then remove from the pan. 4.
STEP 4
Add yakisoba noodles and cook over high-medium heat until the bottom is browned, then loosen the noodles and cook until browned further. 5.
STEP 5
Unwrap and place bean sprouts on top, cover and steam for 2 minutes. 6.

Add chives, pork and Sauce and stir-fry all together.
