Soba from the Echizen region of Fukui Prefecture, famous for its soba noodles. Can be stored at room temperature.
Store away from high temperature and humidity.

1. After plenty of water is well boiled, add one or two servings at a time and boil.
2. Boil while stirring with chopsticks so that the noodles dance in the hot water.
3. Boil for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Check the desired hardness a little before.
4. Rinse the noodles in water by lifting them up on a colander to rinse off any sliminess.
