This is the easiest recipe for kakiage soba ever!
Kakiage Soba is a dish of crispy kakiage topped with warm soba noodles.
Kakiage is delicious either eaten as is or dipped in soba sauce!

1.Boil buckwheat noodles in boiling water.

Boil plenty of boiling water and cook soba noodles. In the case of this soba, boiling time is about 5 minutes.
The boiling time varies depending on the soba noodles, so be sure to check the boiling time!

2.After boiling, cool in cold water.

Boil the noodles for 5 minutes, and when they reach a good firmness, transfer them to a colander.

Boil warm water to make soba noodle soup.
Boil about 550 ml of water and add about 150 ml of mentsuyu to taste.
A small amount of salt is recommended to add depth of flavor.
Make the soup, tasting several times.

When the soup is warm, add the soba noodles and let it simmer for a moment.
In this way, the soba becomes hot.

4.Top the soba noodles with kakiage and you’re done!

Ingredients
