This powdered seasoning makes it easy to prepare donburi by simply simmering chicken and onions and topping with an egg. The umami of chicken and pork is added to bonito and kelp dashi, and the seasoning is finished with light soy sauce.
The light flavor and color of the eggs are brought out in the light flavor type. Ideal for oyakodon and tamagodon.
