A rice cracker that breaks during the manufacturing process. In the japanese rice cracker industry, it is called “Kyusuke”. Even if the shape is incomplete, the taste is not inferior to the genuine product.
The soy sauce will soak into the cracks and taste good. Mainly “Atsuyaki soy sauce / sesame” broken rice crackers and other types of broken rice crackers may be included.
