How to make

Toaster.

Heat until the surface of the rice cake is browned. If you can see the mochi inside swelling, it is OK.

Simmer

Put the mochi in boiling water and simmer until soft.
It’s OK if the mochi becomes soft.
It will soften in about 2 to 3 minutes.

Microwave

Put the mochi in a microwave oven container and add enough water to cover one mochi. Then heat at 500W for about 1 minute. At this time, do not close the lid and heat it.
