How to cook
- Cut Chinese cabbage into large bite-sized pieces.
- Cut fried tofu in half lengthwise into pieces about 1 cm wide.
- Saute the Chinese cabbage over high heat for about 3 minutes, add the fried tofu and saute for about 1 minute more.
- Add this item and stir-fry for about 1 minute to coat the ingredients.
