  • 350 g (3-4 sheets) Chinese cabbage
  • 1 sheet deep-fried tofu

    How to cook

    1. Cut Chinese cabbage into large bite-sized pieces.
    2. Cut fried tofu in half lengthwise into pieces about 1 cm wide.
    3. Saute the Chinese cabbage over high heat for about 3 minutes, add the fried tofu and saute for about 1 minute more.
    4. Add this item and stir-fry for about 1 minute to coat the ingredients.
