Orders placed on this site will be shipped by air via Fedex, DHL, or EMS Japan Post.

Delivery time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
As a general estimate, shipments to the United States, Germany, and Australia usually arrive within 5 to 7 days after dispatch.
For most Asian countries, delivery typically takes around 3 to 5 days after shipment.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly from country to country.

Number of days to ship

Usually 1~3 days after receiving your order.

If returned to the shipping origin

If item is returned to Japan after the storage period and you wish to have it resent, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the order.
In this case, you can choose from the following two options.

1. Resend the merchandise.
We will send the merchandise back to you again. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please follow our instructions and make payment. We will resend the product as soon as we receive your confirmation.

2、If you do not wish to resend the product
There is no refund.

*If we do not hear from you within one week after contacting you by e-mail, we will assume that you do not wish to have the order resent. Please keep this in mind.

If you do not receive your order

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched from Japan, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking URL.
If you have any questions after your order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package has not arrived within one month after shipment, please contact us — we will issue a 100% refund.
