About Shipping Companies
Orders placed on this site will be shipped by air via Fedex, DHL, or EMS Japan Post.
Delivery time
The delivery time varies depending on the country.
As a general rule of thumb, Europe takes 7-14 days from the time of shipment. For Asia, US, and Canada, delivery is usually within 7 to 10 days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly from country to country.
Number of days to ship
Usually 1~3 days after receiving your order.
Depending on the product, it may take up to a week if it needs to be ordered.
Please check the product page for the items that are on order.
If returned to the shipping origin
If item is returned to Japan after the storage period and you wish to have it resent, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the order.
In this case, you can choose from the following two options.
1. Resend the merchandise.
We will send the merchandise back to you again. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please follow our instructions and make payment. We will resend the product as soon as we receive your confirmation.
2、If you do not wish to resend the product
There is no refund.
*If we do not hear from you within one week after contacting you by e-mail, we will assume that you do not wish to have the order resent. Please keep this in mind.
If you do not receive your order
All items are sent with a tracking number.
We will inform you of the shipment by email and provide you with a trackable URL so that you can track your order after it has been shipped from Japan.
If you have any questions after the shipment is completed, please contact the post office yourself based on the tracking number.
If you have not received your goods after more than one month from shipment, please contact us and we will provide you with a 100% refund.
