How to make
Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 4.5 minutes. Adjust the heat level, as the water may almost spray out.
After boiling, transfer the noodles to a colander and rinse them in cold water.
If you want to make hot soba, boil the noodles a little harder.
Warm the noodles with the noodle soup.
