How to make

Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 4minutes. Adjust the heat level, as the water may almost spray out.
Boil for 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
After boiling, transfer the noodles to a colander and rinse them in cold water.

If you want to make hot soba, boil the noodles a little harder.
Warm the noodles with the noodle soup.

Note

This buckwheat noodle is made without “Tsunagi”, the ingredient usually used for buckwheat noodles. Do not stir the noodles too hard when they are boiling, as they tend to break easily.
