How to make
1. After plenty of water is well boiled, add one or two servings at a time and boil.
2. Boil while stirring with chopsticks so that the noodles dance in the hot water.
3. Boil for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Check the desired hardness a little before.
4. Rinse the noodles in water by lifting them up on a colander to rinse off any sliminess.
