How to make
1. Per bundle 2.5 liters of water per handful to a boil and add buckwheat noodles.
When the water comes to a boil again and almost spills over, lower the heat to low and boil for about 10 minutes.
2. After boiling, quickly rinse soba in a colander and rinse well.
3. For Zarusoba or Orotsuri Soba, serve the chilled noodles in a container.
*For hot soba, place the noodles back into the boiling water to make it hot.
After draining the water, transfer the noodles to a bowl of soup and serve.
