How to use
Use the same amount of sugar as Kinako Powder (soybean flour). For example, when making Kinako mochi, add the amount of Kinako Powder necessary for the Kinako Powder to be sufficiently coated.
Add the same amount of sugar. For example, if you use 30g of Kinako Powder, add 30g of sugar.
Mix Kinako Powder and sugar.
You can see that the appearance does not change, but the taste changes significantly.
If you like, add a small amount of salt and you will have a delicious Kinako Powder.
Enjoy it by putting it on warm rice cakes, yogurt, or bread.
Note
