How to use
Carrots, lotus roots, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and kampyo, which retain their texture, are perfect ingredients for making chirashi-sushi. Since they are seasoned, you can mix as much as you like with hot rice.
It’s bottled so you don’t have to use up all the ingredients. So you can make a small amount of chirashi-sushi.
Note
No preservatives added, so be sure to store in the refrigerator after opening the package.
Recommended consumption after opening is about 2 weeks.
Please use clean chopsticks when removing.
