Tomatoes and cheese make a very tasty combination! Actually, adding dried bonito flakes gives it an interesting Japanese flavor! Tomatoes and cheese by themselves would be enough, but we add cucumbers!
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 Camembert cheese
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5 g bonito flakes
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Method
Pre-cooking
Rinse tomatoes, pat dry, hollow out the heft and cut into 8 wedges, then cut in half.
Cut the Camembert cheese into 6 wedges.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, peel lengthwise with a peeler, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, Camembert cheese, cucumber and soy sauce.
