Stamina Taiwanese-style Yakisoba

Stamina-rich yakisoba noodles with garlic and chives. The tangy spiciness from the sliced chili peppers is addictive!

Ingredients

  • 100 g pork
  • 1/2 bunch chives
  • 1 bag bean sprouts
  • 2 balls of Yakisoba fried noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper, sliced

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp cooking sake
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method

STEP 1

Finely chop the pork chops and cut the chives into 3 cm lengths. 2.

STEP 2

Heat salad oil (not included), garlic and chili pepper in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. 3.

STEP 3

Add the pork pieces and fry until cooked through, then remove from the pan. 4.

STEP 4

Add yakisoba noodles and cook over high-medium heat until the bottom is browned, then loosen the noodles and cook until browned further. 5.

STEP 5

Unwrap and place bean sprouts on top, cover and steam for 2 minutes. 6.

STEP 6

Add chives, pork and Sauce and stir-fry all together.
