How to use
It is used in many Japanese dishes such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki, udon, soba and tofu.
It is often used by sprinkling it softly at the end.
If you sprinkle it on a hot dish, it will shake with steam.
Note
Consume as soon as possible after opening.
The color may change in the air. After opening, close the mouth with a zipper and store in the refrigerator.
