How to use
Negi (green onion) is used in many Japanese dishes such as ramen, miso soup, soba and udon.
Freeze-dried green onions can be used like sprinkles when the dish is ready.
Note
After opening the package, close the zipper and store it in the refrigerator to keep it moist.
Please note that the desiccant included in the package is not edible.
