Made from carefully selected udon flour and kneaded slowly. Authentic non-fried Japanese-style noodles with a firm texture.
The soup is made from a secret broth made from bonito flakes and murobushi flakes, with a special combination of miso blended with a base of hatcho miso.
This is a rich miso stewed soup. Comes with dashi seasoning.

How to make

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, loosen the noodles, add the soup stock, and stir evenly.
Throw in the vegetables to be used as ingredients, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Open the lid and check the noodle softness.
If you are adding eggs, add them at this point and cook for another minute.
When adding the soup stock and then simmering, keep the lid on and adjust the heat level to prevent the soup from becoming too low.
Even if the soup gets less, the noodles will still taste good because they are well seasoned.
