It is a simple style of soba that is boiled in hot water, cooled in cold water, and dipped in sauce.
It is served with a set of condiments called Yakumi, such as wasabi, ginger, and green onion.

How to make

1. After plenty of water is well boiled, add one or two servings at a time and boil.
2. Boil while stirring with chopsticks so that the noodles dance in the hot water.
3. Boil for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Check the desired hardness a little before.
4. Transfer the noodles to a colander, rinse well and place in a serving bowl.
5. Put soba no tsuyu in a container. This soba soup can be used as is without diluting it with water.
6. Dip the soba noodles into the buckwheat broth and enjoy.
7. Add green onions, wasabi or ginger to taste.
*Wasabi and ginger are spicy, so be careful not to add too much.
