How to cook
1. Prepare bite-sized chicken and brocolli.
2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Rinse broccoli well and separate into small bunches.You can also use frozen broccoli!
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken first.
4. Place the broccoli on top of the chicken, cover with a lid, and let it steam for about 3 minutes.
5. Open the lid, turn off the heat once, and wipe off any excess water with paper, if any.
6. Add the ingredients for Souzai (this item) and heat over high heat, stir-fry the whole mixture for about 30 seconds, and serve.
