With 1/8 of a Chinese cabbage (about 350g) and 200g sliced pork belly, you can prepare a rich and sweet miso-flavored side dish for 2 to 3 servings in 6 minutes using a frying pan.
The base is a combination of soybean paste with a secret ingredient of sweet soybean paste, and aromatic vegetables such as ginger, garlic, and green onion, which are sauteed in sesame oil to bring out their aroma, are added.

How to cook

Cut Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces and pork into about 5 cm pieces.
Add pork to frying pan and saute over high heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until cooked through.
Add the Chinese cabbage and saute over high heat for about 3 minutes more.
Add the this item and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
