So, here is the recipe for Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Yakisoba!
Ingredients
- 1 serving yakisoba noodles
- 1 slice bacon
- 1/2 medium eringi mushroom
- 1 asparagus
- 1/2 small clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)
- Japanese soup stock (granulated) 1 tsp
- 10 g butter
- coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Method
STEP 1
Cut bacon, eringi, and asparagus into bite-size pieces. Cut garlic into thin slices.
STEP 2
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, saute garlic until fragrant, then saute bacon, eringi, and asparagus.
STEP 3
Add the men and 60 cc of water and saute over high heat until the water is absorbed, breaking up the noodles.
STEP 4
Add soy sauce, mirin, and granulated Japanese soup stock and butter to taste.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
