Authentic ramen at home! In this issue, we introduce “Cantonese-style Shoyu Ramen” from the Chukazanmai series.

The ChukaZammai series is a brand of instant premium noodles developed by Myojo Foods.
The series has a long history, dating back to the 1980s, and since the 2010s it has gained popularity as a premium noodle series that reproduces the taste of famous restaurants. Currently, the brand collaborates with famous restaurants such as “Cantonese Meisai Akasaka Rikyu,” “Chinese Cuisine Beijing,” and “Tokyo Akasaka Szechuan Restaurant,” and it is important to be able to enjoy a variety of different types of Chinese noodles.

This time we would like to introduce “Cantonese-style Soy Sauce” from the Chuka Sammai series.

Ingredients

  • Chukazanmai Akasaka Rikyu Cantonese-style soy sauce ramen: 1 serving
  • Frozen Green beans: A handful
  • Roast ham: 2 slices
  • Water: 500ml
  • *In addition to the above, boiled spinach, chashu pork, green onions and small leeks also go well.
    Any of the ingredients used in ramen will go with it!

Method

Pre-cooking

1. Fill a pot with water and bring water to a boil.
2. Put powdered soup and liquid soup in a ramen bowl.

STEP 1

When the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes according to the package instructions.

STEP 2

This time, add frozen green beans, so after 2 minutes have elapsed, add frozen green beans and boil together.

STEP 3

When the noodles are cooked after 4 minutes, pour hot water into the ramen bowl and dissolve the soup.

STEP 4

Add the noodles to the ramen bowl, mix lightly, and top with the ingredients.
