This furikake is inspired by Maruka Foods’ “Peyoung Sauce Yakisoba”. To reproduce the mild flavor of Peyoung Yakisoba, a sauce with tomatoes and spices is used, and beef seasoning is added to add flavor. Aosa seaweed is used to give it a rich flavor. Nori (seaweed), which is usually an essential ingredient in furikake, has been omitted to emphasize the flavor of yakisoba.
