How to cook
1. Cut tofu into 2 equal pieces and then into 4 pieces. Drain well.
2. Cut green onions to desired length. You can even use the green onions, cut up!
3. In a frying pan, cook tofu on both sides over medium heat until browned.
4. Add the ingredients for the “Souzai” (this item) and saute over medium heat for about 1 minute, adding the spring onion and tossing to coat.
