How to make
1 Fry vegetables such as cabbage and carrots in a pan.
2 When the vegetables are stir-fried, add 220 ml of water.
3 Add the yakisoba sauce and noodles to loosen them up.
4 When the noodles have loosened and the water has evaporated, transfer to a plate.
5 Sprinkle with aonori (green laver) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), and garnish with red ginger.
