This all-purpose Japanese-style broth packet is made with domestically produced ingredients (Yaizu bonito kare-bushi and arabushi, Kumamoto Urume sardines, Yaizu kare saba-bushi, Miyazaki Koshin shiitake mushrooms, and Hokkaido Rishiri konbu).
Each pack is placed in approximately 700 ml of boiling water nd boiled for 1 to 2 minutes.
