Simmer
Put the mochi in boiling water and simmer until soft.

Microwave
Put the mochi in a microwave oven container and add enough water to cover one mochi. Then heat at 500W for about 1 minute. At this time, do not close the lid and heat it.

Mold may grow after opening the outer bag, so store it in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
