Fluffy pancake mix … 1 bag (80g)
Egg (M or L size) … 1 egg
Milk (unadjusted) …40ml
How to make
Mix the pancake flour
After the egg and milk mixture is mixed, add the pancake mix, blend, and knead thoroughly for 1 1/2 minutes.
Strong Stickiness
When a sticky batter is formed, bake immediately. Do not let it sit for too long or it will not puff up.
Oops, before that…
Let the pan cool slightly
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, let it cool slightly on a wet cloth, then lower the heat and return it to the stove.
Now it’s time to bake
Scoop out some of the batter with a spoon and place it on top of the dough in a pile, scraping it off with another spoon.
Cover and wait
Cover the pan with a lid and bake for about 3 minutes, flipping when the edges of the dough are dry and there are fine bubbles on the surface.
Poke it with a toothpick
Cover and bake over low heat for about 3 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
If the dough does not stick, place each piece in the microwave without wrapping for about 20 seconds.
