How to use
It is made of lotus root, carrot, dried gourd, bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms seasoned with rice vinegar and black vinegar. Each sachet contains two 99g sachets, and each sachet should be mixed with 500g of rice. For a more authentic chirashi-zushi, add pea pods, broiled egg and shrimp and shredded dried seaweed.
Note
Use up any opened sachets.
