Potatoes with Yukari and mayonnaise.

STEP 1

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into 1 cm cubes.

STEP 2

Put the potatoes cut in Step 1 into a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes.

STEP 3

Remove from heat, add mayonnaise and yukari furikake and mix well.

STEP 4

Add the noodles to the ramen bowl, mix lightly, and top with the ingredients.
*Add the mayonnaise to the potatoes after the heat is gone, as the mayonnaise will become greasy.

STEP 5

Plate it up, and voila!
