How to make Egg Porridge!
Ingredients

- Rice 160 g
- 2 eggs
- Water 320 ml
- Japanese soup stock 1/6 teaspoon (0.6 g)
- salt 0.2 g (0.2 g)
If cooked rice is not available, microwave rice is recommended!
Method
STEP 1
Put water and Japanese soup stock in a pot and heat.
STEP 2
When water comes to a boil, add rice and stir, and when water comes to a boil again, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.
STEP 3
When the rice has reached the desired softness, pour in the beaten egg.
