Edo-style sushi
Sushi is now one of the most popular traditional cuisines in the world. Needless to say, its home is Edo, or Tokyo, in Japan. Among them, the sushi born in Edo, or the 23 wards of present-day Tokyo, is called “Edomae-zushi,” which is the origin of today’s nigiri-zushi.
Chanko-Nabe
Chanko-nabe (chanko nabe) is a one-pot dish eaten mainly by sumo wrestlers. Chanko originally refers to the meal of sumo wrestlers. Chanko-nabe is seasoned with soy sauce, miso, or, more recently, salt, and no specific seasoning exists.
Yanagawa-Nabe Loach stew
Yanagawa nabe is a one-pot dish of loach in an earthenware pot lined with burdock root, topped with a beaten egg and simmered over low heat.

Edo-style Eel
“Edomae” is a brand. The term has been used for a long time and is used for sushi and eel. It refers to eel dishes made from eels caught in the rivers flowing through Edo in the old days, and the name “Edomae” is still used to this day.
