Hakata Nagahama-style tonkotsu soup (pork bone broth) with a rich flavor, made by cooking pork extract with onions and other ingredients over high heat, adding white pepper, ground sesame, and roasted sesame, and seasoning with soy sauce. Seasoning oil is added separately to give the soup a rich, cooked pork bone flavor.
The ramen noodles are non-fried noodles that do not require oil.
You can easily make delicious tonkotsu ramen in about 5 minutes.
