How to use
It is a sauce called warishita used in making sukiyaki. After preparing the ingredients for sukiyaki, add beef fat to a hot pan and brown the beef lightly. Add the this item and add other ingredients, simmer, and when cooked through, the dish is ready to serve.
This sauce can be used for Sukiyaki, Nikujaga, Kinpira gobo, etc.
It is based on soy sauce, with a mild flavor created by combining Yaizu bonito dashi and Hidaka kelp dashi.
