Explosive spicy noodles Korean-style extra-thick fried noodles

Bust out the boring routine in one fell swoop with some super-spicy yakisoba noodles!

Introduced here is a super-stimulating, hot and spicy yakisoba.
It is also called "Bakuretsu Karamen Yakisoba".
Bakuretsu in Japanese means Explosion.
Karamen means Spicy noodles.
In other words, super-spicy yakisoba!
Let's get cooking!

What to prepare

Ingredients for one person.
1 bag of Bakkou Spicy Noodles Gekyohan Korean Style Yakisoba (Korean fried noodles).
Cut vegetables such as cabbage and carrots.
380 ml water.
1 egg (yolk) (optional).
*Some countries don't have raw eggs, so you can have them or not!

How to cook

Prepare cut vegetables.

Japanese supermarkets sell cut vegetables, so I often use those.
Cabbage, carrots and onions are commonly used for yakisoba.

Boil the noodles

Bring 380 ml of water to a boil in a frying pan and add the noodles.
Cook for about 30 seconds, turn over and cook for 3 minutes.
This will gradually loosen the noodles.

Put the vegetables in the frying pan.

Add the cut vegetables.
Mix the vegetables and noodles while unravelling the noodles.

Throw in the accompanying powdered sauce.

While the water is still available, throw in the attached powdered sauce.
Fry gently, stirring frequently.
Stir well to ensure that the sauce is distributed throughout the noodles.

Drop the eggs and it's ready to serve.

Serve, crack an egg (yolk) down the middle, and voila!
In Japan, we have a food habit of eating eggs raw, but what about in your country?
