Recipe for arranging instant noodles into authentic ramen.

There is a ramen with extra thick noodles called “MEGAMI”! It is an instant noodle, but it tastes authentic! The soup is too rich to be left in the instant ramen genre!
This time I will introduce the recipe of this “MEGAMI” miso ramen!

STEP1

Bring a large amount of water to a boil. The standard amount of water is about 1 liter, but adjust according to the size of the container.

STEP2

Pour 550 ml of boiling water into the pot, bring to a boil, add the noodles and cook for 7 minutes.

STEP3

After 1.5 minutes of cooking, turn the noodles over.

STEP4

After 2 minutes of cooking, carefully remove the noodles.
*Be careful not to fiddle with the noodles too much during the 7 minutes of cooking! By carefully tossing the noodles, the ingredients in the noodles will not dissolve out, giving them an authentic texture and flavor, just like you would get in a restaurant.
