- 100 g rice
- 10 g dried plum
- 200 ml water
If cooked rice is not available, microwave rice is recommended!
Method
STEP 1
Boil water in a pot and add rice.
STEP 2
Put dried plums. You can put in one whole plum or tear it into pieces.
STEP 3
Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to low and cover with a lid. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring the bottom of the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
