How to cook
1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and bring to a full boil.
2. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 13 minutes.*Be careful not to overcook as the water may spill over.
3. After boiling, quickly cool in water. Rinse with water.
4. This will give the noodles elasticity and the right amount of firmness.
5. To make hot udon, place the cooled noodles in the hot broth and reheat them. Therefore, boil the noodles a little harder.
